Catherine Jagger, BA, MBA, CPC, Principal Consultant

Catherine has been involved with GO Recruitment and GO Futures HR since 2010 after a building a successful career — first as an accountant and financial analyst, and eventually as a recruiter in the same areas.  Since 1996, Catherine has successfully completed hundreds of searches for strategic accounting and finance positions in Metro Vancouver and British Columbia. Catherine’s goal is to understand the vision and mission of an organization and align its needs to candidates who not only bring the right skillset for the role, but also share the same values.

In 2010, Catherine was honoured to expand her recruiting perspective to K-12 public education as the sole search partner to BC Public School Employers Association and Make a Future’s Executive Search services.  For more than three years, Catherine has worked on searches for senior leadership roles including District Principals, Directors, Assistant Superintendents, Superintendents and Secretary Treasurers in functional areas that include Educational Leadership, Human Resources, Aboriginal Education and Facilities Management.  She is thrilled to have the opportunity to continue these services with GO Futures Human Resources.

Catherine has earned Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UBC, and a Master of Business degree from the Sauder School of Business.  She has also achieved the standing of Certified Personnel Consultant.

In addition to Catherine’s professional activities, she also takes pride in supporting her community.  As a proud parent of three school age children in her local public school system, Catherine seeks opportunities to be active at her children’s schools.    As a strong supporter of education, Catherine has been a speaker at post-secondary accounting and commerce programs.  She is also involved in local philanthropic activities is currently a member of BC Social Venture Partners.
