Anna Shojania, BA, MBA, CPC
Anna has earned a stellar reputation as someone you go to when you need to recruit high calibre executives and professionals for knowledge-based organizations in both the private and non-profit sectors. Since 1996, she has placed sales, marketing and technology professionals of all levels with a particular sweet spot for placing C-level executives, board members, Chairs and Executive Directors.
Having been recognized by her peers and industry associations for her consulting excellence and being the recipient of numerous performance awards, Anna has attained success in the search industry while holding fast to her professional values. She has developed a reputation as a strategic and resourceful search professional with the highest level of integrity. Her long-standing professional relationships are a testament to her values of providing quality consulting services with integrity and discretion. Her reputation has also meant she is often retained to provide consulting advice on HR consulting projects as a provider or as an in-house expert.
In addition to her consulting activities, Anna has been actively involved with various industry, academic and philanthropic organizations. She is a past Executive Member and past Vice-Chair of the UBC Commerce Alumni Association (Sauder School of Business), a past career program instructor for the Sauder School of Business MBA Program, a past committee member of BCHRMA, and a past member of the VEF and the BCTIA. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of The Arthritis Society of BC & Yukon and is a former Partner of BC Social Venture Partners.
Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. She has also attained the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) professional designation.
