Raymond To, BSc, CPA CMA, MBA
Raymond To is retired and currently travelling around the world. His 30+ years career has been in recruiting and offering HR advice to many organizations across Canada. What he enjoys the most is his fractional HR and Operations Management work for a number of fast growing technology companies. He has worked in a broad range of industries from high-technology, education, non-profit and healthcare.
In 2002, he changed the way recruiting was done and in 2006, he was recognized by Business in Vancouver as one of Vancouver’s Top 40 under 40 business leaders for starting the agencies he has since retire.
He is a strong supporter of the community having previously served as Chair for the Learning Disabilities Association of British Columbia (www.ldabc.ca), Director for Dress for Success Vancouver, and Equity Giving Committee of Science World. He is currently a Board of Director member for Tennis BC.
