As a seasoned accountant, you have the operational and technical skills to provide sound advice in both the department and across the organization.  Key to the role is the responsibility to apply standards with professional judgement, integrity, ethics, and transparency while ensuring adherence to the Public Sector Accounting (PSA) standards.  Your career highlights include the successful implementation of accounting and financial initiatives and have been part of an overall financial strategic plan that is linked to the success of organizational goals and objectives.  You work effectively under tight time-lines and can manage multiple projects, delegating responsibility where appropriate.

Essential to your success and in moving the organization forward, are your well-honed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.  Equally important is your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, influence, innovate, adapt, grow professionally and manage change.   You have an innate ability to communicate the most complex accounting and financial information to diverse groups of people in an easily understandable manner.

You have a professional accounting designation and at least 5 years related experience in a senior role, preferably within the education sector.  Your career path to-date will be diverse and progressive.
